Equipment Replacement

Replacing an air conditioning system is one of the larger investments most homeowners make, and it should be handled carefully.

Since 1960, Siggs Air Conditioning has served Southwest Florida with the same goal: help customers make the right choice and install the system properly.

We take the time to explain your options clearly, answer questions honestly, and recommend solutions we would feel good about in our own homes.

Add-On Systems

Some spaces need their own comfort solution without overworking the main house system. Mini splits can be a good fit for garages, bonus rooms, offices, workshops, additions, and other spaces that are difficult to keep comfortable with the existing system alone.

We help homeowners decide whether a mini split makes sense, where it should go, and how it fits into the bigger comfort plan for the home. The goal is better control in the space that needs it, without creating new issues elsewhere.

Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality upgrades can help improve filtration, cleanliness inside the system, and overall comfort when they are matched to the home and installed properly. We offer practical IAQ improvements such as upgraded filter cabinets, UV light kits, surge protection, and drain line treatment systems.

We do not treat IAQ products like magic fixes. We explain what each upgrade is designed to do, when it makes sense, and when it does not. In many cases, the best time to add these improvements is when the system is clean and accessible during installation work.

If we offer it, it's installed in both our office and owner's personal home!

Ductwork & Airflow Networks

Even a good HVAC system can struggle if the ductwork is poorly laid out, leaking, damaged, undersized, or not balanced for the home. Ductwork affects airflow, comfort, humidity performance, and static pressure, so it deserves just as much attention as the equipment itself.

Siggs Air Conditioning installs and modifies ductwork to support better system performance and more even comfort throughout the home. That may include replacing failing or damaged ductwork, changing duct layout, improving return air pathways, or making targeted modifications that help the system breathe and distribute air properly.
