AC Repair
When your air conditioner stops cooling, starts leaking, makes unusual noises, or is not keeping up, Siggs Air Conditioning is here to help.
We provide practical diagnosis and repair for homeowners across Southwest Florida, with clear communication, honest recommendations, and no high-pressure sales approach.

Real diagnosis. Straightforward repairs.
A repair call should start with understanding what is actually wrong with the system, not guessing or pushing unnecessary work.
For 3 generations, Siggs Air Conditioning has helped homeowners in Fort Myers and Southwest Florida solve AC problems with a practical, honest approach.
Sometimes diagnosis leads to a simple, common fix. Sometimes it leads to a larger recommendation. Either way, we explain what we found, what it means, and what your options are.
Expert recommendations for what you need, without the extras you don't.

Emergency No-Cool Service
Few problems are more frustrating in Southwest Florida than an AC system that is not cooling. Whether the house is getting hot fast, the outdoor unit is not running, the indoor unit is blowing warm air, or the system has shut down on a safety, we work to identify the cause and get you pointed in the right direction as quickly as possible.
No-cool issues can come from many different sources, including clogged drain lines, float switch trips, electrical failures, thermostat issues, airflow problems, failed components, or refrigeration-related issues. Our job is to diagnose the actual cause, not just reset the symptom and move on.
Some companies treat every no-cool call like a system replacement lead. That is not how Siggs Air Conditioning operates. If a repair makes sense, we will tell you. If a bigger recommendation is warranted, we will explain why clearly. Our goal is to help you make the right decision for your home.

Common Repairs & Failed Parts
Some repair calls come down to a failed part that can be identified and corrected once the system is properly tested. Common failures can include capacitors, contactors, motors, float switches, thermostats, transformers, wiring issues, and other electrical or control-related components.
Capacitors are one of the more common examples. When a capacitor weakens or fails, the compressor or fan motor may struggle to start, or stop running entirely. But even with common parts, we still believe in testing before replacing. We want to confirm the issue, explain what failed, and make sure the repair fits the condition of the rest of the system.
Common parts = common pricing, not gouging just because we can. Our doors haven't stayed open since 1960 because we overcharge on capacitors.

Manufacturer Warranty Support
If your system is still within a manufacturer parts warranty period, Siggs Air Conditioning can often help verify coverage and handle the warranty claim process as part of the repair. That includes working directly with the equipment manufacturer or distributor on eligible parts, rather than leaving the customer to figure it out alone.
Manufacturer parts coverage follows the equipment, not the original installing contractor. Warranty eligibility can depend on the brand, registration status, installation date, model and serial verification, and the specific warranty terms. We will help review what is available and explain what is covered, what is not, and what labor or additional parts may still apply.
Even if another company originally installed the system, reach out. We can review the equipment information, confirm coverage, and guide the next step.
