He holds Florida General Contractor and Air Conditioning Contractor licenses, with a background in building construction, homebuilding operations, and HVAC service/installation. Kenny has a BS in Building Construction, an MS in Management, and an MBA, and serves in local construction and homebuilding industry leadership roles.

His goal is simple: help Southwest Florida homeowners make practical, informed AC decisions without high-pressure sales.
